To make things easier for us to keep track of, and see easier who wants their brown bin cleaned, we have a separate payment link.

This payment will act as your booking confirmation.  We have your details from your green bin already.

Alternatively, you can pay via cash on the day.  To do this, please send the word BROWN followed by your address to 07771332807 (e.g. BROWN 12 Binzruz Lane).  You must either be in on the day or leave the money somewhere safe and let us know the location.

We will visit on the date mentioned when we got in touch with you, the bin needs to be kerb side/end of your driveway, and left out until we arrive.

It must be empty except for anything stuck to the bottom (no piles of leaves or grass)

Pay £9 by clicking the brown button (if you have 2 brown bins, click the button, then change the quantity to 2 before progressing)

If any neighbours would benefit, send them this link, and they can go ahead and pay.

If a family member, ask them to get in touch with us first to make sure we can cover their area.
