The bin must be left out until 5pm for us to clean on your empty day, you'll get a text telling you when that will be. You will be charged per visit, so the bin must be out and empty each visit!

Usual Combined Price - £22 (£11 per bin, per customer)

Neighbour Saver price - £18 (£9 per bin, per customer)

Usual Combined Price - £54 (£27 per bin, per customer for initial 6 cleans)

Neighbour Saver price - £48 (£24 per bin, per customer for initial 6 cleans)*

*(Monthly price charged at £4.50 per clean after the initial 6 cleans, other offers are available when paying in advance)

Payment Conformation

I understand payment must be made before the clean

Payment instructions will be sent via email once we confirm we can cover your area.
First cleans are always to be paid beforehand, at the latest once you receive a text the day prior to us arriving.
General monthly customers need to be paid prior or a maximum of 48hrs later, failure to comply may lead to suspension of the account. If future payments are still outstanding despite our text reminders when we arrive back, a £1 charge will be added to the balance.

I understand the following statements and agree to them

1- Every visit will result in a charge, meaning your bin must be made available every time for cleaning. Bins left full, locked way or if you've started filling will still be charged at £4.50
2- If your bin is not cleaned due to non-payment once it reaches £9, your cleans will be paused until the balance is cleared. The next clean will be charged at £9 if missed for 2 consecutive visits
3- Pet Waste/Grease or Fat/Wet Paint in a bin will lead to refusal of clean and potential suspension of your account
4- Any bins not cleaned for two consecutive months at a time for any reason including no payment will result in £9 first clean or suspension of account. If a reoccurring issue, your account will be suspended.
