Book A Clean
Get your bin booked in with us using one of the forms below.
Your bin will be cleaned in line with current rounds. We clean one separate area per day on a 4 weekly cycle, therefore we will fit you to be cleaned in line with this within 1-4 weeks.
If your bin clean is urgent please contact us first.
Due to thousands of pounds in losses due to missed cleans over the last 5 years, as of March 22nd, 2024 all customers will be charged PER VISIT.
This in simple terms means your bin must be available roadside to clean until 5pm, if bins are full, not put out, locked away, requested to miss when we arrive these will all still be charged at £4.
We offer a free text service the day prior, meaning there’s no reason your bin shouldn’t be available to clean. If you will be on holiday when you get the text the night before, let us know by 8pm the same day, and we will remove you from that day’s clean and won’t charge for the visit.
