About the Warranty

Warranty.
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Binzruz-Aquatek Ltd.
This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Binzruz-Aquatek Ltd.


What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Binzruz-Aquatek Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


What will we do to correct problems?
Binzruz-Aquatek Ltd will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. All work must be carried out at Thirsk depot and brought there by the customer.


How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Binzruz-Aquatek Ltd is 12 months (except Starter Motors (6 months) and the machine pump(6 months)) from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 6 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Unloader valves and pump valves aren't covered under the warranty period after 3 months due to recycling water and the excessive wear machines go through during use.


What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any issue that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Paintwork is not covered once the product has left the workshop.
Pressure washer pumps have a 6-month limited warranty from purchase due to the original manufacturer and the fact it uses recycled water.


What do I have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Any warranty work or replacement parts must be done so using our workshop based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

Any 3rd party work is to be paid for via the customer, and unless done at our Thirsk unit by BinzRuz limited or a BinzRuz limited representative, the customer is fully responsible for the bill, not BinzRuz limited.

Please note that from July 1st 2022 we now request that payments are made within 48 hours of a clean.

WHAT DOES IT MATTER, IT’S ONLY £4?

We need the constant flow of money to maintain our business outgoings.  £4 x100 customers is a lot for us to absorb until we get the payment.

IS THERE AN EASIER WAY TO PAY, I SOMETIMES FORGET?

Consider paying in advance or sign up to our GoCardless Direct Debit option.  GoCardless means you never have to remember, as the automated system does all the work.  You get an email notification before anything is taken from your account, meaning you’re in complete control still.

Consistent late payers may have their accounts paused until GoCardless is set up.
